RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQS

​At Viridis, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.​​

 

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns portal

  • Enter your order number and email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

What is your return policy?

You can return any unwanted items for a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered to you and we'll give you a full refund for the items. We aim to refund you within 5-10 working days of receiving the order back to us.

 

Please note that we do not refund the delivery costs on orders. We do not accept returns after the 30 day return period.

What items are returnable? 

  • Items returned within 30 days from the date of receiving it

  • Items in unused and resellable condition

  • Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for a different size if required. Once the exchange request is approved and the item recieved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

We support refunds to the original payment method.

 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

We aim to refund you within 5-10 working days of your order arriving back to us. If you have not heard from after this period and your tracking says it has been delivered to us, please send an email including the tracking number to contact@beviridis.com and we will look into this for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide after ordering that you don’t want your items please send us an email at contact@beviridis.com immediately after ordering and we will do our best to cancel your order. If it is not possible for us to cancel the order before it is shipped you will have to go through the usual returns process.
